General provisions
- 1.1These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the DaemonicMU server (hereinafter the „Operator“) and the user who purchases the „Zlatky“ virtual currency through the DaemonicMU website.
- 1.2Zlatky are a virtual currency intended exclusively for use within the DaemonicMU game server.
- 1.3Zlatky are not legal tender, electronic money, a cryptocurrency or a financial product. They cannot be exchanged for cash, paid out in euros, or used outside the services and systems of DaemonicMU.
- 1.4By purchasing Zlatky the user obtains the right to use them within the game account and the game systems of DaemonicMU, according to the options currently offered by the server.
- 1.5These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of Zlatky made through the official DaemonicMU website or through the payment options provided by the Operator for that purpose.

The Zlatky virtual currency
- 2.1Zlatky are a virtual currency created for the purposes of the DaemonicMU game server.
- 2.2Zlatky may be used only within the game account of the user and only for the purposes currently enabled by the Operator.
- 2.3Zlatky have no independent monetary value outside the DaemonicMU system.

2.4Zlatky cannot be:
- paid out in cash,
- exchanged for euros or any other currency,
- transferred to a bank account,
- used outside DaemonicMU,
- subject to a buy-back claim against the Operator.
- 2.5Zlatky are not subject to the ownership right of the user in the sense of ownership of funds. The user obtains the right to use them within the digital service provided.
- 2.6The Operator may change the ways in which Zlatky can be used, provided that such changes do not interfere with the statutory rights of the consumer.

Purchase of Zlatky
- 3.1The user may purchase Zlatky through the payment options available on the DaemonicMU website.
- 3.2Before an order is submitted, the user is shown the price of the specific Zlatky package and the amount of Zlatky received for that price.
- 3.3By submitting the order the user confirms having checked the order before submitting it and agrees with its price and content.
- 3.4The contract between the Operator and the user is formed upon confirmation of the order, or upon execution of the payment, depending on the ordering method used on the website.
- 3.5After the payment has been successfully received, the Zlatky are as a rule credited to the relevant game account without undue delay.
- 3.6If the Zlatky are not credited for technical reasons, the user is obliged to contact the Operator at the contact e-mail address and provide the data needed to identify the payment and the game account.

Prices and payments
- 4.1The prices of the individual Zlatky packages are stated on the DaemonicMU website.
- 4.2The price is stated in euros and includes all taxes and charges which the Operator is obliged to state to the consumer under the applicable legislation.
- 4.3The Operator may change the prices of the individual packages. A change of price does not affect an order that has already been duly confirmed.
- 4.4When making a payment the user is obliged to provide correct and truthful data needed to process the payment.
- 4.5The Operator is not liable for errors caused by payment data entered incorrectly by the user.

Delivery of Zlatky
- 5.1Zlatky constitute digital performance and are supplied electronically through the game account of the user.
- 5.2Delivery is deemed to have taken place at the moment the Zlatky are credited to the relevant game account or otherwise made available to the user.
- 5.3If the user does not receive the Zlatky after a successful payment, the user is obliged to contact the Operator without undue delay.
- 5.4The Operator may request proof of the payment made or other data needed to verify the transaction.

Right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract
- 6.1In the case of a distance contract, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period, unless the law provides for an exception.
- 6.2In the case of Zlatky this is digital performance which may be delivered immediately after payment.
- 6.3If the user wishes the Zlatky to be delivered before the statutory withdrawal period expires, the user must, before the supply of the digital performance begins, give express consent to immediate delivery and confirm having been informed that by the commencement of the supply of digital content the right of withdrawal may, under the conditions laid down by law, be lost.
- 6.4The Operator will retain such consent in a manner that allows it to be evidenced.
- 6.5A provision of these terms and conditions alone cannot replace the express consent of the user to immediate delivery of the digital performance required by law.
- 6.6The right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract and the exceptions to it are governed by the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.

Refund of payment
- 7.1If the user validly withdraws from the contract and becomes entitled to a refund of the amount paid, the Operator shall refund the payments received to the extent and in the manner laid down by the applicable legislation.
- 7.2If the Zlatky have already been duly delivered and the user gave all the consents and acknowledgements required by law for the supply of the digital performance to begin before the withdrawal period expired, the right of withdrawal shall be assessed under the relevant statutory provisions.
- 7.3The Operator cannot exclude the statutory rights of the consumer by means of these terms and conditions.
- 7.4The Operator does not buy back Zlatky and does not exchange them for money, a bank transfer or any other financial value.
- 7.5If, after the Zlatky have been duly delivered and used, the user initiates a chargeback through a payment service, a bank or another payment platform without legitimate grounds, the Operator is entitled to dispute such a transaction and to submit records of the order, the payment, the delivery and the use of the Zlatky.
- 7.6These provisions are without prejudice to the statutory rights of the consumer. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and a mandatory provision of the applicable legislation, the relevant statutory provision shall prevail.

Liability for defects in the digital performance
- 8.1The Operator is responsible for ensuring that the digital performance provided conforms to the requirements laid down by the applicable legislation.
- 8.2If the Zlatky were not credited to the user despite a successful payment, the user may exercise the rights arising from liability for defects.
- 8.3A complaint or a request for remedy may be sent by the user to the contact e-mail address of the Operator: daemonicmucz@gmail.com.
- 8.4When handling a complaint the Operator may request the data needed to identify the user, the game account and the specific payment.
- 8.5The statutory rights of the consumer arising from liability for defects are not affected by this article.

Game account
- 9.1Zlatky are tied to the game account for which they were purchased or to which they were credited.
- 9.2The user is responsible for protecting their login credentials.
- 9.3The user must not intentionally provide their login credentials to third parties.
- 9.4The Operator is not liable for the loss of Zlatky caused by the user providing their login credentials to another person or failing to secure their account adequately, unless it is a case for which the Operator is liable by law.

Prohibition of fraudulent conduct
- 10.1The user must not use fraudulent or illegal means of obtaining Zlatky.

10.2The following in particular is prohibited:
- altering records of Zlatky without authorisation,
- exploiting errors or security weaknesses of the system to obtain Zlatky,
- using payment data belonging to another person without authorisation,
- intentionally providing false data in order to obtain a financial benefit,
- carrying out unauthorised interference with the game or website system.
- 10.3Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent conduct, the Operator may take the steps necessary to protect its system, its users and financial transactions, always in accordance with the applicable legislation.
- 10.4If a payment was cancelled without authorisation or a refund was obtained without entitlement, the Operator is entitled to seek remedy and to proceed in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Changes and server maintenance
- 11.1DaemonicMU is an online game service whose availability may be affected by technical maintenance, updates, outages of hosting services or network services, or other technical circumstances.
- 11.2The Operator endeavours, to a reasonable extent, to ensure the availability of the game server and the game systems.
- 11.3The Operator may carry out updates, maintenance and changes to the game systems.
- 11.4If the digital performance is changed in a way that negatively affects the access of the consumer to the digital performance or its use, the Operator shall proceed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the applicable legislation.

Suspension or termination of server operation
- 12.1DaemonicMU is an online game project and the Operator reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate its operation in the future where justified by the circumstances.
- 12.2Termination of the operation of the server does not automatically give rise to a claim by the user for unused Zlatky to be paid out in cash.
- 12.3This provision does not affect the rights of the consumer arising from the applicable legislation.
- 12.4Where the applicable legislation grants the consumer, in a specific situation, the right to a refund or another remedy, the Operator shall respect that right.

Consumer protection
- 13.1A user who is a consumer has the rights arising in particular from Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection and from the relevant provisions of the Civil Code concerning digital performance.
- 13.2The provisions of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.
- 13.3If any provision of these terms and conditions were to conflict with a mandatory provision of consumer protection law, that statutory provision shall prevail.
14
Alternative resolution of consumer disputes
- 14.1In the event of a dispute with the Operator, the consumer has the right first to request a remedy from the Operator.
- 14.2If the Operator responds to the request for remedy in the negative or fails to respond within the statutory period, the consumer may, where the statutory conditions are met, file a proposal to commence the alternative resolution of a consumer dispute with the competent alternative dispute resolution body.
- 14.3The possibility for the consumer to bring the matter before a court is not affected.
- 14.4The procedure for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes is governed by Act No. 391/2015 Coll., as amended.

Governing law
- 15.1These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
- 15.2If the user is a consumer, the choice of Slovak law does not affect the rights arising from the mandatory provisions of the legal order which would apply to their situation in the absence of that choice.
16
Final provisions
- 16.1These terms and conditions take effect on 9 September 2026.
- 16.2The Operator is entitled to amend or supplement the terms and conditions, in particular in the event of changes in legislation, technical changes to the system or changes to the services provided.
- 16.3The current wording of the terms and conditions is published on the DaemonicMU website.
- 16.4The terms and conditions are drawn up in the Slovak language.
